Imperial Capital Group Files For $150 Mln IPO

(RTTNews) - In a filing with the regulatory, Imperial Capital Group, Inc., an independent, full-service investment bank, disclosed its intention for initial public offering of its common stock to raise up to $150 million. The company did not disclose either the number of shares it would offer nor its price range.
Imperial Capital Group specified that, immediately prior to the consummation of this offering, ICGI Holdings, LLC will own all outstanding shares of its Class B common stock.
BofA Merrill Lynch, JMP Securities and Imperial Capital are managing this initial offer, according to the filing.
For the six-months ended June 30, 2009, the company posted Total revenues of $59.4 million and net income of $9.63 million.
